Why does every angle drawn from the circle onto the same arc come out the same, and exactly half the central angle?
Drag P around the circle: the angle APB stays fixed while P stays on the same side of AB, and it is always half the arc it stands on. Pull AB into a diameter for a right angle, or move P across the chord to get the supplement.
Drag the ringed points on the board.
