Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CurvG, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

CurvG helps you turn a written explanation goal into a scene plan and Manim Community code. You can review and download the code; video output is available only when rendering is enabled for your account or deployment. CurvG is in early access, so features may change as the product develops.

Generated Content and Mathematical Review

AI-generated scene plans, code, and animations may contain mathematical, logical, visual, or technical errors. You are responsible for reviewing formulas, assumptions, scene plans, code, and rendered output before publishing or relying on them. CurvG does not guarantee mathematical correctness or suitability for a particular educational purpose.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Submit code or instructions designed to bypass safeguards, abuse computing resources, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

Payment and Billing

CurvG has not published paid plans. If paid features are introduced, the applicable price, billing period, credits, limits, refund terms, and storage policy will be shown before purchase. You will be responsible for providing accurate billing information.

Intellectual Property

CurvG's software, interface, branding, and original service content remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain rights in content you submit. Rights in generated code and artifacts may also depend on applicable law and the terms of any model or third-party provider used to create them.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. To request account closure, use the support form available after you sign in.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
